We have a sophisticated infrastructure unit and it is a back bone of our organization. We have state of art facility to manufacture entire range of Castable Refractory products.
Processing facilities include Crushing, Grinding, Milling, Mixing, Magnet separation, Dry Mixing, Wet Mixing, Vibrocasting, and Dry Bake-out.
Testing facilities include Bulk density, Compressive strength, Sieve analysis, Permanent linear change, Lab furnace up to 1400C, Moisture oven 300C, ASTM method of grain density, Vicat needle for cement testings,Vibrocasting for moulds for testing, platinum crucible for chemical analysis.
Further, our manufacturing unit is spread across an area of approx 5000 sq ft shed and has installation capacity to manufacture 3000 MT castables annually.
The unit is divided into two production lines: namely REFRACTORY & CERAMIC and enjoys advantages such as in-house designing, manufacturing, packaging and others for achieving an outstanding production process to meet the requirement at specific time frame. All these sections are equipped with sophisticated machines that are required for the successful production of a desired product range.
Further our Research & Development team is working round the clock for developing new technologies and processes and thereby implementing the same on production scale.
